

We serve food every lunch time and evening throughout the year (with the exception of Christmas and New Year when the Kitchen closes on particular days). Note that on Sunday evenings in the winter we only serve snacks if there is a charity quiz being run.
Mary Kitchen and Michael Cook, our appositely named chefs, have designed a menu reflecting quality local ingredients and wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes
Our specials board is regularly updated to take advantage of seasonal produce and offers. There is typically a meat dish, fish option and something exclusively vegetarian to choose from. Newlyn crab is available at different times during the year and served in a salad or sandwich. Check the board outside for availability.
Our delicious home-cooked puddings are served with a choice of clotted cream, ice cream or custard. Sticky toffee pudding, Apple pie and Chocolate nut sundae are permanent features on the desert menu and supplemented by changing specials such as rhubarb and cinnamon crumble, chocolate and baileys cheesecake, bakewell tart and lemon meringue pie.
A children's menu is available and we do have some high chairs for younger customers.
Sunday lunch is popular for our Roasts which are served with vegetables and roast potatoes and appropriate trimmings. Smaller portions are available for children and those with reduced appetites.
