Cancellation Policy

Flexible – 7 days When Applicable
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total amount for the booking once the free cancellation period ends.

Non-refundable Rate When Applicable
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.

Deposit

For all bookings we reserve the right to charge a 100% deposit.

Depending on room rate we normally charge a 25% deposit for bookings made more than 30 nights ahead of arrival.

For bookings within the 30 days of arrival we reserve the right to charge a 100% deposit at the time of booking, regardless of the rate/terms applicable to the booking made.

For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking.

Smoking

We operate a strict non smoking policy throughout the premises with designated smoking areas outside the building. Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited and is illegal in the United Kingdom. If smoking is detected in a guest room a cleaning charge of £250 will be applied to the payment card and the authorities will be notified. In the event of a fire alarm being activated due to smoking in the guest rooms a charge of £750 will be applied to the payment card and the authorities will be notified.
